Corte o peito de frango ao meio no sentido longitudinal.
Tempere com sal, pimenta e o azeite.
Distribua o presunto cru e as folhas de sálvia sobre o filme plástico e envolva o peito de frango bem firme (como um rocambole) e deixe descansar por no mínimo 10min em geladeira.
Enquanto isso, pré aqueça o forno a 180 graus. Asse o peito de frango por 25min em uma assadeira forrada com papel manteiga.
Junte a mostarda ao caldo que sobrou na assadeira , verifique sal e pimenta,misture bem e sirva sobre o peito de frango.

Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise.
Season with salt, pepper and oil.
Distribute the raw ham and sage leaves on the plastic wrap and wrap the chicken breast tightly (like a rocambole) and let it rest for at least 10 minutes in the fridge.
