  • Chicken breast500 g
  • tomato1 cup
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Tomato sauce1 cup
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Pickled Mushrooms to taste
  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Ready-made chicken broth2 unit(s)
  • Leek1 cup
  • Garlic to taste
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • grated cheese1 cup
  1. First I make the vegetable broth and the chicken broth to cook the rice.
  2. I make the chicken separately, seasoning to taste, shred and reserve.
  3. Sauté the rice with garlic, onion and salt and half of the tomato sauce
  4. I put 1 cup of the broth in the rice to cook and little by little I add more until the desired point is reached. I like it well cooked.
  5. Then I put the chopped tomato, shredded chicken and the rest of the tomato sauce.
  6. I stir well until I get a reddish color and finally the butter, the chopped parsley, the cheese and sliced hard-boiled egg on top.
