- Chicken breast fillet500 g
- Onion strips1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic2 tablespoon
- Chopped parsley5 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce100 ml
- Water65 ml
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Curry to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Grated Mozzarella150 g
- Season the chicken fillet with garlic, salt, black pepper and curry powder.
- In a skillet, heat the oil and brown the fillets. Reserve them on a plate.
- In the same skillet that we grilled the chicken, add the onion until blanched. Then add the tomato and then the sauce.
- Season with salt, pepper and let it simmer for flavor. About 5 minutes.
- With the sauce ready, add the chicken fillet again, add mozzarella, oregano and parsley on top.
- Cover with a lid until the cheese melts and it's ready. Serve with white rice, salad and/or fries.
