  • Skinless chicken breast500 g
  • Oil4 tablespoon
  • Crushed Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomatoes without skin and without seeds3 unit(s)
  • Canned corn1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Milk250 ml
  • Oil3/4 cup
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • grated cheese to taste
  1. Cook the chicken breast until tender.
  2. Shred the chicken.
  3. Add the other ingredients and mix well.
  4. Beat the milk, oil and eggs in a blender on low speed.
  5. Gradually add the flour and half of the grated cheese and finally the baking powder.
  6. Pour half of the dough onto a greased and floured baking sheet and add the filling over it.
  7. Top with the rest of the dough and the other half of the grated cheese.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) until golden.
