English Potatoes1 kg
Mozzarella cheese400 g
Oregano to taste
Parmesan cheese1 unit(s)
Breadcrumbs1 cup
Egg1 unit(s)

Season the chicken fillet with lemon, garlic. Use the seasonings (ana maria, saffron, chimichurri and salt) Melt the already seasoned chicken in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs, put it to bake. Then add to a platter, all ready, throw the cheese on top and the oregano. Leave in the oven until the cheese melts. It's just serving yourself
