- Chicken breast fillet500 g
- Soy sauce2 tablespoon
- Lemon pepper1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Crushed Garlic3 unit(s)
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour for dusting1 to taste
- Breadcrumbs or panko for breading1 to taste
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese1 to taste
- Oil for frying1 to taste
- Oregano1 tablespoon
- Start by seasoning the clean breast file with garlic, salt, lemon pepper and soy sauce and set aside for an hour.
- Mix the eggs well, seasoning with a pinch of salt. I usually add about 2 tablespoons of water to make the mixture more liquid.
- Separate the wheat flour into a bowl or plate.
- Mix the breadcrumbs or panko flour with the oregano in a bowl, when frying it will leave a very good flavor in the breading.
- First pass the fillet in the wheat, then in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs and set aside.
- When doing all of them, you can put them in the freezer for about 15 minutes to firm up the breading.
- Fry in hot oil and set aside.
- Use a dish that goes in the oven. Place a layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of the platter, distribute the fillets on top, place slices of mozzarella cheese on top of the fillets and more tomato sauce, sprinkle oregano.
- Take it to the oven to melt the cheese.
