  • spices to taste
  • wheat flour to taste
  • egg to taste
  • Breadcrumbs to taste
  • ready-made tomato sauce sachet to taste
  • onion and garlic to taste
  • mozzarella cheese to taste
  • oregano to taste
  • oil to taste
  1. season the chicken fillets to your liking and let it rest for about 15 minutes to get the seasoning (I used salt, black pepper, garlic, parsley and thyme)
  2. in different containers, place the wheat flour, the egg and the breadcrumbs, then bread the fillets in that same order. if you prefer, pass a second time in the egg and breadcrumbs. heat the oil in a skillet or pan and fry the chicken, but with the oil not too hot, then set aside
  3. in another pan, brown the onion and garlic and add the tomato sauce, seasonings that you prefer and let it boil a little. (If you don't want it, you don't need to season the sauce)
  4. for assembly, put a little sauce on a platter, the chickens, more sauce and cover with cheese, then splash oregano on top and take it to the oven until the cheese melts. You can make it in the microwave or in a pan, even on a plate, adapt the recipe the way it works best for you. :) Remembering that there's no right measure for anything, make it according to the amount of your dish.
