- 1 packet of breadcrumbs1 unit(s)
- Pepper, Garlic, Salt and Vinegar to taste
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Mozzarella to taste
- Take the chicken breast, clean it and cut it into a fillet.
- Pierce the fillets with the knife to enter the seasoning.
- Season with pepper, garlic and vinegar to taste.
- Leave it in the seasoning for 2 minutes to get tastier
- Pour the eggs in one dish and the breadcrumbs in another.
- Dip the fillets first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs.
- After passing them all just fry
- Place in a refractory and pour the tomato sauce and cheese on top.
- Place in the oven to brown.
