Ground chicken meat to taste
Salt to taste
Paprika to taste
Cumin to taste
Garlic to taste
Onion to taste
Coriander or parsley to taste
Tomato sauce to taste

Place the ground beef in a bowl and mix all the seasonings.
After that, just shape the balls and fill as you prefer (I used mozzarella cheese).
While the meatballs are in the fridge, we will make the sauce: butter, garlic, tomato sauce (homemade or industrialized) and salt to taste.
Now it's time to remove the meatballs and fry, very carefully: place the balls one by one in a preheated roast with oil.
Finishing the recipe, now it's time to put the fried or roasted meatballs in a refractory and put the tomato sauce finishing with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
