  • Boneless Drumstick700 g
  • Ginger25 g
  • Rice Flour1/2 cup
  • Corn Starch1/2 cup
  • Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Shoyu3 tablespoon
  • Sesame Oil3 tablespoon
  • Sake3 tablespoon
  • Black Pepper1/2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for Frying to taste
  1. First, cut the drumsticks into pieces and place them in a bowl. Add all ingredients except rice flour and cornstarch. After seasoning the chicken let it rest for 1 hour. Before frying, put the rice flour and cornstarch in the bowl and mix gently.
  2. The chicken has to be completely covered in flour. Put the oil in a pan and let it heat up well, then place the breaded pieces in the pan and lower the heat and fry until golden. To serve, splash with green smell and shoyu is also delicious.
