Chicken in the oven 🍗

Com o frango descongelado, misture todo os outros ingredientes, menos a manteiga e a laranja, no processador ou  corta tudo bem fininho. Os temperos que usei foi: ( manjericão fresco, ortela fresco, páprica doce, orégano, um pouco de molho shoyo light)

With the thawed chicken, mix all the other ingredients, except the butter and orange, in the processor or cut everything very thin. The seasonings I used were: (fresh basil, fresh ortela, sweet paprika, oregano, a little light soy sauce)

Depois coloque o frango em na assadeira e coloque o suco da laranja por sobre o frango, com a mão mesmo pegue os temperos processados e passe por todo o grandão dentro e fora.

Then place the chicken in the roasting pan and place the orange juice over the chicken, with your hand, take the processed seasonings and pass through the whole big one inside and out.

Cobre com papel alumínio a assadeira e leve ao forno por 90mn a 180 graus, depois retire o papel alumínio,  passe a manteiga por cima do frango e deixa dourar por 30 mn no forno a 200 graus.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 90 minutes at 180 degrees, then remove the aluminum foil, spread the butter over the chicken and let it brown for 30 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.

* de vez em quando pegue um pouco do caldo, da assadeira e coloque por cima do frango, vai deixar ela Macina e com mais sabor.
