Small onion1 unit(s)
Butter1 tablespoon
Wheat flour1 tablespoon
Small Sicilian Lemon1 unit(s)
Water (same proportion as lemon juice)1/4 cup
Chives and parsley to taste
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
cream1/2 can(s)

Season the fillets with salt and black pepper and grill in a drizzle of olive oil and set aside.
In the same pan, add the butter and fry the onion, then add the parsley and chives. Then add the flour and give it a golden color.
Add the lemon juice and water and stir well, then add the cream and keep stirring (if necessary add more water) and finish correcting the salt and pepper to taste.
