Salt1 teaspoon
Colorau1 teaspoon
Oil or olive oil1 tablespoon
Carrot1/2 unit(s)
English Potato1/2 unit(s)
Coriander and chives1 unit(s)
Garlic1 unit(s)
Oregano to taste

Season the chicken with salt, paprika, potatoes, carrots, chives, cilantro, garlic, and chili pepper (or vegetables and seasonings of your choice).
Add oil or olive oil. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Shake well. Turn on the heat and add 2 cups of water to cover the chicken. Add oregano if you prefer.
Let the water dry for 15 minutes. And that's it, your chicken is ready to be served.
