  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato extract1 can(s)
  • Seasoning Mix1 unit(s)
  • Green smell to taste

  1. Cut the tomato and onion into small pieces, and set aside
  2. Cut the chicken, separating the thigh from the wing, and place the pieces in a pan with water, bring to a boil (in order to clean and cook the chicken).
  3. After approximately 15 minutes, remove the chicken from the water and set aside.
  4. In a pressure cooker, add the tomato, onion and garlic already chopped, and saute, along with the seasoning mix
  5. Seasoning mix suggestion (powdered) = Cumin, Bahian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, oregano, saffron, seasoning for meats and powdered coriander
  6. After sautéing, add the pre-cooked chicken, mixing well, until golden.
  7. Then add tomato sauce or extract, and mix well, making all the pieces adhere to the sauce.
  8. After mixing well, add water to cover, close the pressure cooker, and after getting pressure wait about 15 minutes
  9. Note: Depending on the power of the stove, this time will vary more or less
  10. Finally, open the pressure and add green smell or coriander to finish
