Cortei em bife 1 peito de frango, deixei ele no vinagre com água, por 10 minutinhos.

Te esperei com alho, sal e pimenta do reino, colorau, açafrão, tempero pega marido e tempero limão e ervas.
Deixei marinando por 25 minutinhos.

Coloquei um pouco de óleo na panela, e fui selado os bifes, coloquei eles em uma travessa, na panela q tirei eles, coloquei meia cebola picada, meio tomate picado, refoguei bem e adicione o molho de tomate, um pouquinho de leite para tirar a acidez e por último o queijo mozarela.

Fui mexendo até ele derreter por completo, coloquei em cima dos bifes e salpiquei coentro.
