grated ginger1 dessert spoon
peanut butter3 tablespoon
soy sauce3 tablespoon
tomato extract1 tablespoon
coconut milk3 tablespoon
orange juice1/2 unit(s)
orange zest to taste
pepperoni pepper to taste
olive oil1 tablespoon

Cut the chicken into cubes and season with garlic, ginger and seasonings to taste.
In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, coconut milk, tomato paste, orange juice and orange zest (optional) and stir until smooth.
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chicken in the oil until golden.
Once golden, add the sauce and stir again until everything is incorporated.
Serve with rice, vegetables and fresh herbs for even more delicious!
