Chicken fillet

Refogar a cebola e o cogumelo na manteiga.

Salpicar farinha e adicionar o creme de leite (fica bem espesso).

Sprinkle with flour and add the cream (it gets very thick).

Em outra frigideira selar o frango já temperado.

In another skillet, sear the already seasoned chicken.

No papel alumínio coloque o molho e o frango por cima. Dobre para fechar e leve ao forno a 160° por 15 minutos.

Place the sauce and chicken on top of the aluminum foil. Fold to close and bake at 160° for 15 minutes.
