Chicken breast2 unit(s)
Sour cream100 ml
Red Onion in Half Moon1 unit(s)
Brown mushrooms4 unit(s)
Spinach1 to taste
Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Smoked Sweet Chili, Thyme, and Oregano1 to taste

Season the chicken and grill until cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and brown the onion very well, when it is almost ready add the mushrooms and finish browning everything.
Then add the cream and let it boil, adjust the seasonings.
Let it boil, cook for about 5 minutes, if you want you can add a little water to make a smoother sauce. Add the spinach and stir and turn off the skillet.
Cut the breasts into slices and arrange over the sauce!! Ready dinner or lunch will be ready. Suggestion accompanying grilled vegetables and good rice 😊
