Tempere o frango a gosto. Frite em azeite até dourar bem e deixar um fundinho na panela, reserve os filés de frango e na mesma panela acrescente o creme de leite, o suco do limão e a nós moscada. Deixe apurar e devolva os filés de frango.
Salpique salsinha por sima.
