Seasoned Sassamis (use your favorite seasonings, I used hot paprika, chimichurri, garlic, onion and salt)4 unit(s)
Leek2 tablespoon
Sour cream (I used zero lactose)3 tablespoon
Water50 ml
Parmesan cheese (I used zero lactose)2 tablespoon
Nutmeg (optional)1 teaspoon

Season the sassamis with your favorite seasonings.
Grill the fillets with a little oil.
For the sauce, mix the leek, sour cream, seasonings to taste and water.
Bring to a boil and add the Parmesan cheese, stir well.
Pour the sauce over the fillets and you're done.
