- Seasoned Sassamis (use your favorite seasonings, I used hot paprika, chimichurri, garlic, onion and salt)4 unit(s)
- Leek2 tablespoon
- Sour cream (I used zero lactose)3 tablespoon
- Water50 ml
- Parmesan cheese (I used zero lactose)2 tablespoon
- Nutmeg (optional)1 teaspoon
- Season the sassamis with your favorite seasonings.
- Grill the fillets with a little oil.
- For the sauce, mix the leek, sour cream, seasonings to taste and water.
- Bring to a boil and add the Parmesan cheese, stir well.
- Pour the sauce over the fillets and you're done.
