Chicken breast400 g
Wheat flour1/4 cup
Spinach2 cup
cherry tomato1 cup
Sour cream200 ml
Tomato sauce3 tablespoon
Olive oil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

I start by seasoning the chickens with salt and pepper. Then coat in flour and set aside.
In a very hot skillet, add oil and sear the chicken. After all sealed I reserve.
In the same skillet I add the tomato sauce, cream, spinach and tomatoes. I let it boil for four minutes.
I return the chicken to the skillet, let it boil for another five minutes and it's ready. This looks too good 🤤
