- Chicken breast cut into medium cubes350 g
- Homemade tomato sauce2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Chopped fresh basil + leaves to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and brown the onion and garlic.
- Add tomato sauce, salt and mix. Cook for 3 minutes and turn off the heat. Reserve.
- In a non-stick frying pan, heat the rest of the oil and grill the chicken cubes little by little.
- Transfer everything to the pan with the sauce.
- Turn on the heat and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Adjust the salt and add the basil. Boil for 1 minute and then serve with the fresh basil leaves.
