Ingredients
Recipe

Chopped thigh fillet and drumstick400 g
Salt and pepper to taste
Chimi churri to taste
paprika to taste
Garlic powder or minced to taste
Onion powder or chopped to taste
Saffron to taste
Chopped coriander to taste
Homemade chicken broth2 cup

In a pan put oil and the chopped chicken.
When it starts to sauté add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix everything and let it sauté in the water that will release from the chicken.
When the water dries up, add the chicken broth.
Cover the pan and let it cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until it reduces well and gets a creamy broth.
Finally, add the chopped coriander.
