CHICKEN GIZZARDS - PRESSURE - [FATHER ALSO KITCHES]

vamos temperar as moelas com o caldo do limão, com o alho e o sal, com a páprica, pimenta do reino a folha de loura e mistura tudo deixa descansar nesse tempero 

let's season the gizzards with the lemon juice, garlic and salt, paprika, black pepper and bay leaf and mix everything and let it rest in this seasoning

depois vamos para o fogão com uma panela de pressão com um fio de óleo coloca metade da nossa cebola deixa dourar coloca a moela com os temperos tampa a panela e deixa pegar pressão abaixa o fogo   deixa cozinha  por 30 minutos

destampa a panela se estiver macia coloca o pimentão e a batata com 500 ml de agua , o molho de tomate tampa a panela por mais 5 minutos de pressão 

remove the lid from the pan if it is soft put the peppers and potatoes with 500 ml of water, the tomato sauce cover the pan for another 5 minutes of pressure

tira a pressão da panela e deixa ela no fogo cozinhando destampada coloca a cebola e o tomate e deixa mais 5 minutos de cozimento acrescente o cheiro verde e desliga o fogo 

remove the pressure from the pan and leave it on the fire, cooking uncovered, add the onion and tomato and let it cook for another 5 minutes, add the green smell and turn off the heat

esta pronta nossa receita ! Só comer com um arroz branco se você gostar coloca uma pimentinha fica muito bom ummmmmmm
