  • Sour cream200 g
  • cream cheese4 tablespoon
  • Corn cobs4 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Butter to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric and parsley to taste
  • Mozzarella and straw potato to taste
  1. method of preparation Place the corn in a blender and add enough water to cover all the corn. Beat until you form a homogeneous paste. Reserve Sauté the onion and garlic in a hot pan with olive oil and butter. Add the corn beaten with water and let it cook for about 15 minutes. Add the seasoned shredded chicken, the cream and the cream cheese. Stir continuously until you form a thick cream. Season with smoked paprika, black pepper, salt and saffron. Add the parsley and transfer the entire contents of the pan to a mold. Cover the entire fricassê with grated mozzarella and place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and add the straw potato. Serve hot and enjoy
