  • Seasonings (for the chicken)0 to taste
  • Olive oil0 to taste
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • (Cream) corn2 can(s)
  • (Cream) Sour cream1 can(s)
  • (Cream) Cottage Cheese1 can(s)
  • (Cream) Water1 cup
  1. In the pressure cooker, sauté the chicken with onion, olive oil and seasonings.
  2. When it is well sautéed, cover with water and close the pan.
  3. When you get pressure, count 30min and turn off (let the pressure come out alone)
  4. In the multifunctional (those 3 in 1), shred the chicken or shake the pan closed
  5. In the blender, beat the cream items, with just 1 can of corn. The other leaves to use the grains.
  6. Then mix everything on a platter and cover with the mozzarella.
  7. Put in the oven to brown
