- Seasonings (for the chicken)0 to taste
- Olive oil0 to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- (Cream) corn2 can(s)
- (Cream) Sour cream1 can(s)
- (Cream) Cottage Cheese1 can(s)
- (Cream) Water1 cup
- In the pressure cooker, sauté the chicken with onion, olive oil and seasonings.
- When it is well sautéed, cover with water and close the pan.
- When you get pressure, count 30min and turn off (let the pressure come out alone)
- In the multifunctional (those 3 in 1), shred the chicken or shake the pan closed
- In the blender, beat the cream items, with just 1 can of corn. The other leaves to use the grains.
- Then mix everything on a platter and cover with the mozzarella.
- Put in the oven to brown
