- Diced chicken breast1 kg
- Finely chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Salt and Turmeric0 to taste
- Minced or crushed garlic cloves to taste
- Canned or fresh green corn1 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese or cream cheese2 tablespoon
- Sour cream3 tablespoon
- Mozzarella100 g
- Straw Potato0 to taste
- Season the chicken with salt, turmeric and garlic and fry until golden brown. Remove from skillet or pan and set aside.
- Blend the corn with 1 cup of water in a blender.
- In the same pan that you fried the chicken, add the onion and garlic and cook until golden.
- Add the cream of corn and cook until the corn is cooked, without the taste of raw corn.
- Turn off the heat and add the cream and cream cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 200°.
- Place the chicken first, then the cream of corn, mozzarella and the potato straw.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the potato is golden brown.
- Serve with white rice and salad.
