  • Diced chicken breast1 kg
  • Finely chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt and Turmeric0 to taste
  • Minced or crushed garlic cloves to taste
  • Canned or fresh green corn1 unit(s)
  • Cottage cheese or cream cheese2 tablespoon
  • Sour cream3 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella100 g
  • Straw Potato0 to taste
  1. Season the chicken with salt, turmeric and garlic and fry until golden brown. Remove from skillet or pan and set aside.
  2. Blend the corn with 1 cup of water in a blender.
  3. In the same pan that you fried the chicken, add the onion and garlic and cook until golden.
  4. Add the cream of corn and cook until the corn is cooked, without the taste of raw corn.
  5. Turn off the heat and add the cream and cream cheese.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200°.
  7. Place the chicken first, then the cream of corn, mozzarella and the potato straw.
  8. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the potato is golden brown.
  9. Serve with white rice and salad.
