  • Seasoned chicken, cooked and shredded1.5 kg
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Cottage cheese1 can(s)
  • Canned green corn1 can(s)
  • Whole milk same measure of can1 can(s)
  • Corn starch2 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella200 g
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
  • Straw Potato to taste
  1. Beat the green corn with the water from the can in the blender, and the milk with the dissolved starch.
  2. Place in a pan, add the shredded chicken, and stir until thickened. Remove from heat and add half of the cream.
  3. Place half of this cream in the bottom of a rectangular refractory, place the mozzarella cheese, cover with the rest of the cream.
  4. Mix the curd with the other half of the cream, place the cream on the refractory, sprinkle with grated cheese, and finally place the potato straw.
  5. Place in the oven to brown. Serve hot with white rice and green salad. Enjoy your food!
