  • 1 tablespoon butter 1 small onion, chopped 400 grams cooked and shredded chicken breast 1 Knorr Chicken Broth Cubeknorr Logo1 cup of boiling water tea 1 can of Knorr canned corn, drainedknorr Logo1 can of cream 1 cup of cream cheese 200 grams of sliced mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup potato straw to taste
  1. In a pan, put the butter and take it to the high fire to melt. Add the onion and sauté until golden. Add the chicken breast and fry quickly. Add the cube of Knorr Chicken Broth already dissolved in the boiling water and let it cook over low heat, with the pan half covered, until the liquid dries up. Meanwhile, in the blender jar, beat the Knorr canned corn, the cream and the curd until smooth. Transfer the contents to the pan with the chicken and mix well until slightly thickened. Preheat the oven to medium temperature (180°C). Arrange the fricassee in a medium refractory, cover with the slices of mozzarella and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Remove from the oven, finish with the potato straw and serve next.
