Sour cream

Bata no liquidificador o milho, o requeijão, o creme de leite e a água. 

Place the corn, cream cheese, cream and water in a blender.

Refogue o creme do liquidificador com o peito de frango desfiado, as azeitonas e o sal, até ficar com uma textura espessa. 

Sauté the cream in the blender with the shredded chicken breast, olives and salt, until it has a thick texture.

Coloque o refogado numa assadeira, cubra com a mussarela e cubra com batata palha. 

Place the sauté in a roast, cover with the mozzarella and cover with potato straw.

Leve ao forno até borbulhar, se preferir coloque a batata palha por último depois que tirar do forno.

Bake in the oven until bubbly, if you prefer, put the straw potato last after you take it out of the oven.
