  • Pitted Olives100 g
  • Cooked and shredded chicken breast2 unit(s)
  • Sliced Mozzarella Cheese200 g
  • Straw Potato200 g
  • Water1 cup
  • Cream cheese (cup)1 unit(s)
  1. Put the drained corn, the curd, the cream and the water in the blender.
  2. Sauté the cream in the blender with the shredded chicken, olives and salt to taste until it has a thick texture.
  3. Place the sautéed in a roasting pan. Cover with the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake in the oven until bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and add straw potatoes on top.
  6. Serve with rice and salad.
