Shredded chicken

Primeiro bata no liquidificador o milho verde, o requeijão, a água e o creme de leite.

First, put the green corn, the curd, the water and the cream in a blender.

Leve esse mistura a uma panela, acrescente o frango, o sal e a azeitona. Mexa em fogo médio até engrossar.


Take this mixture to a pan, add the chicken, salt and olives. Stir over medium heat until thickened.


Em seguida despeje a mistura em uma assadeira, cubra com queijo mussarela e batata palha por cima.

Then pour the mixture into a roast, cover with mozzarella cheese and potato straw on top.

Leve ao forno 230graus até borbulhar. Retire e sirva com arroz branco.

Bake at 230 degrees until bubbly. Remove and serve with white rice.
