  • Sour cream395 g
  • Cottage cheese200 g
  • Pitted Olives100 g
  • Corn230 g
  • Water1 cup
  • Straw Potato70 g
  • Mozzarella cheese100 g
  • Salt to taste
  1. First, put the green corn, the curd, the water and the cream in a blender.
  2. Take this mixture to a pan, add the chicken, salt and olives. Stir over medium heat until thickened.
  3. Then pour the mixture into a roast, cover with mozzarella cheese and potato straw on top.
  4. Bake at 230 degrees until bubbly. Remove and serve with white rice.
