  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Chicken breast1 kg
  • Girl's Finger Pepper1/3 unit(s)
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
  • Chopped Green Olives3 tablespoon
  • Green smell to taste
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Oregano1 coffee spoon
  • Sliced Mozzarella Cheese6 unit(s)
  1. In a medium saucepan, sauté the chopped onion in olive oil, add the crushed garlic and sauté for another minute.
  2. Add the pepper and diced tomato and mix.
  3. Gradually add the cubed chicken breast and season with salt.
  4. Cook the chicken until it is very tender, almost shredding. If necessary, add water from time to time to avoid burning the bottom of the pan.
  5. While the chicken is cooking. Beat 1 corn, the cream and the curd in the blender.
  6. When the chicken is ready, put the cream in the blender and cook for a few more minutes. Until it's very creamy.
  7. Finally, mix the chopped olives and the green smell. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  8. Transfer the preparation to a glass platter, put spoons of cottage cheese. Top with mozzarella cheese and sprinkled oregano.
  9. Place in a medium oven to brown the cheese (approximately 15 minutes).
  10. Remove the tray from the oven. And cover the fricassee with potato straw to serve.
