  • White Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese100 g
  • Maizena1 tablespoon
  • Milk2 cup
  1. Season the chicken with the ingredients of your preference, put it to cook and shred when ready.
  2. Chop the onion, the eye and sauté, then add the shredded chicken adding the seasonings of your choice and set aside.
  3. Beat the green corn, the milk cream and the water in the blender, transfer to a pan, dissolve the cornstarch in a cup of milk, and the second cup of milk and heat until it thickens.
  4. Mix the chicken with the corn cream, after uniformed, pour it into a refractory that goes in the oven.
  5. Put the mozzarella cheese on top, covering the chicken, then bake at 180°C until browned.
  6. Remove from the oven, put straw potatoes on top and serve.
