  • Chicken breast600 g
  • Soybean oil2 tablespoon
  • Salt0 to taste
  • White pepper to taste
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
  • Canned corn1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Straw Potato100 g
  • Mozzarella200 g
  1. Blend the corn and cream in a blender. Reserve.
  2. In a pan with oil, sauté the garlic and onion.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and tomato sauce.
  4. Mix the cream and the chicken and adjust the salt and pepper.
  5. Place the mixture on a baking sheet, cover with mozzarella and spread the potato straw on top.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20 - 30 minutes at 180°C.
