1 k of chicken fillet | 4potatoes cut into quarters each | 2 tablespoons of olive oil | Juice of 1 lemon |2 spoons of Mayonnaise| 2 of Spicy Ketchup| chimichurri to taste.

Misture 
2 colhers de chá de  Chumichurri
2 colhers de Catchup apimentado 
3 colhers de Maionese 
2 colhers de azeite
Sal com ervas a gosto 
Alho moido a gosto 
O suco do limão a gosto
Pimenta do reino a gosto 
Misture tudo e reserve 



Seasoning
Mix
2 teaspoons of Chumichurri
2 spoons of spicy ketchup
3 spoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt with herbs to taste
minced garlic to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Black pepper to taste
Mix everything and set aside



Limpe os filés de frango e as batatas  coloque na mistura reservada.
No refratario coloque um fio de azeite de oliva e disponha os filés coloque as batatas cortadas (não precisa descasar )salpique o Coentro cubra com papel alumínio e deixe assar em forno pré  aquecido a 180ºC por aproximadamente 30 minutos (esse tempo dependendo do seu forno)
Passabdo o tempo Retire o alumínio e deixe dourar a seu gosto. Fica uma delicia
