  1. Grill the chickens in a skillet with oil. Season with salt, pepper and turmeric. Reserve. Beat the tomatoes and garlic cloves in the mixer. Then season with salt and pepper. Spread this sauce on the bottom of a refractory and accommodate the chicken fillets. In the mixer, beat the parmesan, chives and peanuts. Add a little oil to make a paste. Spread the pesto over the chicken fillets. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Now just serve. Enjoy your food.
