- Chopped green pepper1 to taste
- Salt, oregano and black pepper1 to taste
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- I started by seasoning the chicken fillets. With salt, pepper and oregano. I mixed it all up and set it aside.
- Now in a pan I put the oil and the fillet. I let it fry a little and then I was dripping water to make it darker.
- I cut the onion, pepper and tomato.
- I put everything in the pan and let it simmer for a while.
- After the onion and peppers have wilted and just turn it off and serve
