Ingredients
Recipe

Chicken fillet500 g
Leek2 cup
Sour cream1/2 cup
ricotta cream2 tablespoon
Salt and black pepper to taste
Olive oil to taste

Season the fillets with salt and black pepper and grill them in olive oil.
After grilling all of them, remove them from the pan and in the same dirty pan, sauté the leek cut into slices
As soon as the leek is sauteed, turn off the heat and add the cream and ricotta cream, season everything with salt and black pepper and serve over the chicken.
