Chicken Fillet with Cream and Cheese Sauce

  • Seasoned chicken fillet to taste to taste
  • Butter and olive oil to taste
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
  • Shredded mozzarella or cheese of your choice to taste
  • Chopped Onion to taste
  1. Fry the fillets in oil and butter. Reserve.
  2. In the same skillet that you fried the fillets, sauté the chopped onion, add the lemon juice. Mix.
  3. Add the cream and mozzarella and mix well until a sauce forms.
  4. Place the reserved fillets over the sauce and leave on low heat for 4 minutes.
