- Chicken fillet300 g
- Corn1/2 can(s)
- Season1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Sour cream100 g
- Milk200 ml
- Salt to taste
- Onion to taste
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese200 g
- Sauté the chicken, let it cook for about 15 minutes, then add the curd and let it boil and reserve.
- Saute onion to make the cream
- Put the corn, milk, season in the blender
- Add the cream to the onion and leave it on low heat when it thickens, add the cream.
- Transfer the fillet to a refractory, incorporate the cream and finish with the cheese, take it to brown until the cheese is golden.
