- Mozzarella1 to taste
- Salt, Black Pepper1 to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- I started by seasoning the fillets.
- I used salt, black pepper, oregano and herb mix.
- Mix well and set aside.
- Now in a frying pan I put the oil and the fillet.
- I let it fry on one side and then turn it over on the other. Finally, add the mozzarella on top and cover. Count 3 minutes and hang up
