Preparo
Temperar o filé com o sal, pimenta do reino e a maionese.
Abra os filés numa superfície lisa e coloque uma fatia de presunto mussarela e salpique orégano por cima e enrole e coloque numa assadeira uma ao lado do outro até terminar, salpique orégano cima de tudo e leve ao forno 180 graus.



Preparation
Season the fillet with salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Open the fillets on a smooth surface and place a slice of mozzarella ham and sprinkle oregano on top and roll up and place on a baking sheet next to each other until finished, sprinkle oregano on top and bake at 180 degrees.
