- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oats6 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Season the fillets with lemon, salt and oregano.
- On a plate put the oats and on another plate put the mayonnaise.
- Pass the fillets first in the mayonnaise and then in the oatmeal, and place to fry in the oil.
- When golden on both sides, place on a plate with paper towels to absorb the oil.
