Oregano to taste
Salt to taste
Oats6 tablespoon
Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
Olive oil to taste

Season the fillets with lemon, salt and oregano.
On a plate put the oats and on another plate put the mayonnaise.
Pass the fillets first in the mayonnaise and then in the oatmeal, and place to fry in the oil.
When golden on both sides, place on a plate with paper towels to absorb the oil.
