- Chicken fillet500 g
- Milk500 ml
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Cream cheese1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Grated cheese50 g
- Mozzarella cheese150 g
- Seasonings to taste
- Season the chicken fillets with seasonings to taste and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (the longer you leave it marinating, the more you will get the taste of the seasonings) 👏 After frying until golden on each side and set aside.
- White sauce Melt the margarine, add the wheat flour and mix well to avoid lumps. Add the milk gradually, stirring constantly, then add half a box of cream and a spoon of cream cheese and adjust the salt. When you get consistency, turn off the fire so it doesn't thicken too much!
- Mounting : On a platter, place half of the white sauce and add the already fried fillets. After pour the rest of the white sauce on top and add the mozzarella cheese (can be chopped or whole) and finish with the grated parmesan cheese. Put it in the preheated oven for 30 minutes and this delight is ready.
