Chicken fillet au gratin in creamy white sauce

Tempere os filés de frango com temperos a gosto e deixe marinar por no mínimo 30 minutos (quanto mais tempo você deixar marinando ,mas vai pegar o gostinho dos temperos) 👏
Após frite até dourar de cada lado e reserve .

Season the chicken fillets with seasonings to taste and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (the longer you leave it marinating, the more you will get the taste of the seasonings) 👏
After frying until golden on each side and set aside.

Molho branco 

Derreta a margarina , adicione a farinha de trigo e mecha bem para não empelotar .
Adicione o leite aos poucos mexendo sem parar , após acrescente meia caixa de creme de leite e uma colher de requeijão cremoso e acerte o sal . Quando pegar consistência desligue o fogo para não engrossar demais ! 

White sauce

Melt the margarine, add the wheat flour and mix well to avoid lumps.
Add the milk gradually, stirring constantly, then add half a box of cream and a spoon of cream cheese and adjust the salt. When you get consistency, turn off the fire so it doesn't thicken too much!

Montagem : 

Em uma travessa coloque metade do molho branco e acrescente o filés já fritos .
 Após despeje o restante do molho branco por cima e adicione o queijo mussarela (pode ser picado ou inteiros) e finalize com o queijo parmesão ralado .
Leve ao forno já pré aquecido por 30 minutos e está pronto essa delícia

Mounting :

On a platter, place half of the white sauce and add the already fried fillets.
 After pour the rest of the white sauce on top and add the mozzarella cheese (can be chopped or whole) and finish with the grated parmesan cheese.
Put it in the preheated oven for 30 minutes and this delight is ready.
